Hey Guys!
What a most unexpected and delightful surprise!! Mike and I both looked at each other and, in unison, exclaimed, "a pizza stone!" We were talking about you all Sunday during our Meet Your New Neighbors/Super Bowl Party. We toured the Weaklands and the Tatums (as well as others) through the home. They were so excited about their future homes and the processes they are undertaking to achieve their own results. Everyone was nothing but complimentary so I must tell you that RGB was the buzz of varied conversations. There were some pretty scary builder stories from, sadly, more than one victim. We were increasingly thankful for having made such a superior choice and touring people further solidified our claims of quality. Suddenly, out of the blue, this wonderful basket comes at our doorstep and I can't help but feel as though it should have been us giving you guys such a thoughtful gift. Personally, the gesture really moved me and you got me right where I live with the Chef Tools!!!!!

Building a brand new home was our life long dream. Excitedly we set out to search for a builder who would meet all of our needs and expectations. We soon found ourselves very overwhelmed. With so many builders to choose from; how would we find the one for us? Being from out of state, we had to find someone who we could completely trust and believe in.
We spent over a year visiting with dozens of builders. We simply could not find the right builder for us, there were too many pushy salesman trying to sell houses thrown together with cheap materials and poor workmanship. Refusing to settle, we continued our search.
An attractive ad in the Harmon Homes book brought us into RGB. What a difference! We weren't meeting with just a salesman. We were instead, speaking with the owner of the company, Bob Brown, who not only oversaw the building of the homes but also worked on them as well. It was refreshing to meet an established, reputable builder who was honest, trustworthy and professional. Now that we had found our builder the process of picking out a home and customizing it was our next task. With hundreds of houses to choose from and thousands of options available, Bob Brown made it easy. He really listened to what we wanted and his patience was never-ending.
Before we knew it, the building of our home was underway. This is where all the time and effort of picking a builder really paid off. Because we were only able to visit the job site once or twice a month, we needed someone to be our eyes and ears. Bob and his staff kept us well informed and involved every step of the way. There were never any hidden costs or short cuts taken and the knowledgeable , professional and courteous staff of RGB was always on hand to answer our questions.
Our new home is now complete. What was once a dream is, instead, a gorgeous reality that surpassed all of our hopes and expectations. Our experience with RGB was a pleasurable one. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering building a home. You can't find a more honest, trustworthy, reliable, dedicated and professional builder than RGB.

Alycia and I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to you for making our dreams come true. Throughout this whole process, which at times seemed incredibly daunting, Bob, Joe and the rest of the RGB family were always there for us. The only piece of advice he gave us is that "you get what you pay for". We found out the following: RGB's building specifications were very impressive and you're dealing directly with the owner. RGB was the only choice for us at that point. Their professionalism was unparalleled. This was illustrated in many ways. RGB answered all of our questions. Our calls were always returned. Weekly status reports were provided to us. Joe Brown went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very proactive in the whole process.

We had our home built by RGB Builders in the Spring of 1998, after researching several builders in the East Stroudsburg/Stroudsburg area. Bob Brown was very patient and attentive to our needs and expectations in building our home. The building process was exciting and educating; we observed each stage. The different subcontractors were skilled professionals who worked concertedly to build a sound, strong house. Bob inspected the construction throughout the process to ensure CABO codes were followed to the utmost. Joe Brown was also very accommodating and attended to details and any situations that may arise, when Bob was unavailable. We moved into our home in the projected time frame; it was immaculate, beautiful and the grounds were clean and seeded. RGB follows through and attends to any problems or questions that a new homeowner may have. We have been very comfortable living in our home these past nine months, RGB did not just build a house, they built our home!
