The “Chesapeake” at Sawmill Highlands

We have been dealing with RGB since 2005 and have found them to be a very high quality custom home builder.

President Robert Brown has been and continues to be a leader who takes pride in the quality of the homes he builds. Bob is an experienced professional who not only manages the finance, design and construction process. He also follows up on customer concerns after homes are built to insure that customers are not experiencing any problems.

I recall a concern where we requested Bob’s assistance with a deck at my father’s home which was purchased in 2008 and developed a problem just before it was sold in 2018. Bob did not hesitate to visit the property to not only review the issue but suggested a correction be made and also handled the work involved to resolve the issue in time for the closing. This was almost 10 years AFTER the purchase in 2008!

It is now more than 3 years after RGB constructed the home where we currently reside. A few floor areas have developed an annoying squeaking, so Bob stopped by to address this concern and will have his crew return in the near future to correct this problem. Of course, we are certainly delighted with his continued support years after the initial construction!

We can confidently say that RGB is the only builder that we would ever choose or recommend for new construction as they have delivered excellent work, time and time again.
